Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Independent Furniture Sales Representatives to expand Chromcraft’s presence in multiple open territories across the United States. This role is ideal for experienced reps with established retail relationships who want to represent a trusted U.S.-based brand with strong customization capabilities and repeatable, margin-friendly programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote Chromcraft’s full line of custom-upholstered chairs, casual dining, multifunctional tables, and modular indoor/outdoor seating.
• Develop and maintain relationships with furniture retailers, designers, and regional dealers.
• Secure new accounts and grow sales within assigned territory.
• Conduct showroom visits, product presentations, and training sessions.
• Attend key trade shows and market events as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and communication with Chromcraft’s home office.

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of experience in furniture sales, preferably as an independent rep.
• Established relationships with furniture stores and regional dealers.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a multi-state territory.
• Knowledge of custom upholstery or modular seating is a plus.
